Responsible Gambling at 9j777 — Keep the Fun Within Limits

Let entertainment be safe and mindful. 9j777 helps you set your own limits, take a break when needed, and enjoy playing with a healthy mindset.

Gambling is for entertainment, not a way to solve problems

Online casino and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — if played responsibly. At 9j777 we believe every player's wellbeing and financial security come first.

There is always a risk of losing money when gambling. That is why we want you to only bet money you can afford to lose. Never bet with borrowed money, by breaking into savings, or using funds your family needs.

Our platform has a number of protective tools. Use them and stay aware.

For ages 21+

Signs of problem gambling

Seek help if you notice any of the following signs in yourself:

  • Repeatedly betting to try to recover lost money
  • Gradually increasing the amount you play
  • Prioritising gambling over family or work
  • Being unable to stop playing
  • Borrowing money or lying because of gambling
  • Feeling mentally restless or anxious

Our Protective Tools

Set Deposit Limits

Decide for yourself how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Deposits beyond the limit are blocked automatically. Lowering this limit takes effect immediately, while increasing it takes a little time to come into effect.

Time-Out Feature

Use time-out if you want a short break. Your account can be temporarily deactivated for anywhere from 24 hours up to a few weeks. During this period, no bets, deposits, or withdrawals are possible.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion to stop playing for a longer period. Once active, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends. Contact us on live chat and we will help you activate it.

Session Time Limit

Decide in advance how long you will play in one session. When the set time is up, the system will alert you and can automatically end the session if needed. This is effective at preventing excessive time spent playing.

View Playing History

You can view a full detailed history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Review your financial activity and make decisions as needed. Transparency is one of the core principles of our responsible gambling approach.

  • Do not try to recover lost money Accept your losses and stay away from the familiar "chasing losses" mindset.
